One of my housemates is a Food Czar. She cares a lot about ingredients and methods and has strong opinions about how to cook and what to use.
One day she saw some parsley on the counter and went on and on about how inferior it is to cilantro, and "why would anybody buy parsley? I saw it and was excited that we had cilantro and then I realized it was parsley and got so upset. Parsley has much less flavor value than cilantro. There is no reason to use parsley."
Some days this is okay and I learn a lot of recipes from her.
Other days...well...she yells about parsley.

Ha, that's funny. I LOVE cilantro too, but parsley is very valuable and we juice with it! It has lots of vit c, iron, full of antioxidants and very cleansing!! :)
I'm sure it's wonderful to learn so much from her!
